The northern frontier. Crystalline and bright with notes of candied lemon and white flowers. This is the "live wire" of the range and, in my opinion, the best value.

In a region that can feel a bit static, Jeremy is doing something visceral. He’s hand-farming vertical 50% inclines and giving his wines a luxury of time—two full years on the lees—resulting in wines with incredible texture complemented by a lightning strike of saline acidity.
The Technicals:
Farming: Manual, zero herbicides, high-density planting on extreme slopes.
Elevage: 24 months on lees; concrete, tank, and neutral wood.
Fermentation: 100% indigenous yeasts.
