In true CW fashion, we dreamed up a crushable all-season sipper (or chugger) together. Something you can drink straight from the bottle while dancing on hot pavement or pour BTG over a nice family dinner.
CW House Red is a 2022 Gamay is made from a single parcel of Gamay from Niagara's Four Mile Creek. The vines, planted in 1987 on the Willms Vineyard, are some of the oldest Gamay vines in the Province. Naturally fermented, macerated on skins for 4 weeks and aged in barrel for 12 months before settling in bottle for 2.5 years. This wine is brimming with energy and is best consumed in one sitting. Unfined, unfiltered, zero additions.
