Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse moved to Rotalier in the 2000s. Convinced that they want to work with the most natural wines possible, they were able to surround themselves with interesting winemakers such as Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet to support them in their beginnings! The small estate has about 4 ha, all worked in organic, and offers us several parcel cuvées that will reflect character, purity and minerality.
